All Suvi pieces are made to order with meticulous care. Once your order is placed, our artisans begin crafting your jewelry exclusively for you.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to be created, inspected, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order’s journey. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.

Notes:
– Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
– Delivery delays due to unforeseen courier or logistical issues are outside our control, but we will always support you in resolving them.

At Suvi, we want your jewelry to feel perfectly yours. If you’d like to make a change, we offer flexible options for exchange and future upgrades.

Exchanges:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is unworn, intact, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.
Custom-sized or personalised pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Upgrades:
Your Suvi jewelry can grow with you. If you wish to upgrade your piece in the future, we offer a seamless upgrade program where the value of your original item (after inspection) can be credited towards a new design or a higher-value piece.

Conditions:
– Pieces must pass a quality check to be eligible.
– Any price difference for upgrades will be borne by the customer.
– Shipping charges for exchanges or upgrades are additional.
